Christine Ball qualified from the Leeds School of Physiotherapy in 1983 having gained a distinction in anatomy and physiology. She also had a one-month elective in the USA specialising in outpatients. After qualifying, Christine completed her basic rotations at Treliske Hospital, Truro, Cornwall. She then had a career break whilst raising her family.

In 1991-1992 Christine had an opportunity to work in Suva Fiji and this gave her a wide range of experience. In 1994 Christine returned to NHS work in the North Hampshire Hospital, gaining specialist experience in respiratory therapy.

Following this she worked as a Community Physiotherapist, which initially involved working in a multi-disciplinary team for the elderly and mentally ill. This then led onto general community physiotherapy and out patient work in a GP surgery, which still continues today.

In 1998 Christine set up her own private clinic in Andover where she specialises in the treatment of sports injuries, road accidents and industrial injuries. Christine has a specialist interest in manual therapy for the spine, pelvis and lower limb rehabilitation. She is a qualified practitioner in Acupuncture for pain relief and is also a qualified Pilates mat work instructor.
